How do I order online?
Easily, in 6 steps:
- “click” on the product
- selection of size (if it is a garment), or code (if it is a spray, for example)
- “click” on “add to card”
- “click” on “total”, top right
- registration of data (e-mail, name, landline and mobile phone, address, postal code)
- “click” on “buy” at the bottom right and the order has been registered!

What does the “web only” sign I see on some products mean?
Products marked “web only” mean they are only available through the e-shop.
The payment methods that apply to this category of products are: 1) transfer to a bank account and 2) payment by credit or debit card (that is, cash on delivery does not apply).
What does the “immediately available” sign I see on some products mean?
The products marked “immediately available” means that they are available both from the e-shop and from our physical store in Marousi (that is, you can see them live and try them on).
For this category of products, all three payment methods apply, i.e. transfer to a bank account, payment by credit or debit card, as well as cash on delivery.
In how many days will I receive my order?
If it is an “immediately available” product, you receive your order in 1-2 working days.
If it is a “web only” product, you will receive your order in 7-12 working days.
How is the payment made?
There are three payment methods:
- Cash on delivery: we send the parcel to the address you have given us, then pay the total amount (product cost and shipping) to the courier upon delivery of the parcel*.
- Direct Bank Transfer: payment directly to our bank account. Please in this case use your order ID as proof of payment.
- Payment by Card: payment by credit or debit card, in a secure environment.
* For products marked “web only”, Cash on Delivery is not valid as a payment method!
Product prices are subject to change at any time without notice!
Is there any charge for the shipping?
The shipping cost is 5 euros for each order.
If the order’s total price is more than 50 euros, the shipping is free (applies only to addresses located in Greece).
*The above regime applies to all products, except for sprays! Up to 6 sprays (400ml), there is a financial charge of 5 euros (shipping costs). From this point on, there is an additional financial charge of 1.5 euros per kilo.Returns – changes of clothes and shoes.
For products marked “immediately available”, clothing and footwear changes are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Also, changes can only be made with products of the same category (“immediately available”).
Caution! For products marked “web only”, returns-changes are NOT accepted! For this reason, if you have any questions about your size, before ordering you can contact us.
Refunds to the customer for “web only” products are NOT possible.
Refunds for purchases made through the e-shop are possible, but in this case you are responsible for the transport costs. If the error is due to our fault, the shipping costs will be borne by us.
Size Selection
In case you want to order a garment and you do not know or have doubts about your size, you can contact us and we will inform you about the size chart.
Sold out product
If you tried to order a product and the site shows that it is out of stock (eg a certain size of a sweatshirt), you can contact us and let us know, because it is very likely that a reorder is possible.
